TL;DR
Inside Sales Associate (Edtech): Interacting with existing and potential K-12 customers to position and demonstrate digital curriculum solutions with an accent on lead qualification, consultative sales, and pipeline management. Focus on conducting webinar demonstrations, managing customer relationships through Salesforce, and driving new business acquisition for SaaS offerings.
Location: Hybrid in either Tempe, AZ or Austin, TX office (in-office Tuesday through Thursday)
Compensation: $21.19 – $29.00 per hour

What you will do
- Conduct webinar demonstrations of product solutions to K-12 customers.
- Manage all sales stages, from lead qualification to final negotiations prior to purchase.
- Identify potential customers and drive leads through the sales pipeline in collaboration with Marketing.
- Utilize a consultative sales process to identify and resolve specific customer needs.
- Maintain accurate records of business activities and customer relationships in Salesforce.
- Perform daily high-volume outreach, including a minimum of 25 outbound calls and 25 emails.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field, or 3+ years of B2B sales experience.
- Must be based in or around Tempe, AZ or Austin, TX to support the hybrid work schedule.
- Outstanding interpersonal, relationship-building, and verbal/written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook within a Windows environment.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, high-paced environment managing multiple priorities.
Nice to have
- Prior experience as a teacher or school administrator.
- Successful track record of landing new business for SaaS offerings.
- Specific experience selling solutions into the K-12 education market.
- Familiarity with NetSuite.
