TL;DR

Customer Account Manager (Tax Technology/EMEA): Drive regional sales growth by selling hirify.global’s tax technology solutions and services to EMEA customers, with an accent on building executive-level relationships, managing cross-sell/upsell pipelines, and delivering forecasts and risk analysis. Focus on negotiating contracts and pricing, running lead generation campaigns, and coordinating with Customer Success to improve satisfaction and retention.

Location: Brighton, United Kingdom (hybrid; 1–2 days per week from London or Brighton office)

What you will do

  • Establish and grow professional relationships with users at all levels, up to executive stakeholders.
  • Build lead generation campaigns and use networking opportunities to increase sales with existing ecommerce, retail, and software customers needing tax or cross-border compliance solutions.
  • Manage cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing accounts and achieve/exceed monthly booking goals.
  • Provide sales forecasts and risk analysis using Salesforce.
  • Deliver sales presentations and webinars.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service fees; collaborate with Customer Success to support satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

  • Experience in a quota-carrying sales role.
  • Knowledge of Indirect Tax or VAT.
  • 2+ years of B2B selling experience in managed services, SaaS software, or VAT-related services.
  • Experience coordinating with internal teams while engaging customers and addressing account-related concerns.
  • Territory and account planning discipline; ability to balance multiple sales opportunities.
  • Comfort working in a dynamic environment.

Nice to have

  • Specialized knowledge of retail, software, logistics, finance, accounting, or tax industries.
  • Experience using AI and AI-related technologies.
