TL;DR

Account Development Representative (Fintech): Generating qualified opportunities and driving early-stage pipeline within core accounts with an accent on outbound prospecting and discovery calls. Focus on uncovering growth within existing clients and identifying new opportunities across target territories.

Location: Onsite in London, UK (5 days a week)

What you will do

  • Drive outbound prospecting and manage inbound leads to create qualified opportunities for Account Managers.
  • Conduct discovery calls and thoroughly qualify prospects to ensure strong fit and conversion potential.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas for qualified opportunities and pipeline contribution.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers and Business Development Representatives to build pipeline within a fixed book of accounts.
  • Research territories to uncover new decision-makers using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach.io, and Highspot.
  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and analyze interactions via Gong to refine sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of outbound prospecting experience.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United Kingdom without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Strong interest in financial markets, particularly private equity and venture capital.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
