TL;DR

Account Executive (SaaS): Driving B2B revenue through proactive outbound calling and pipeline management with an accent on end-to-end sales cycle ownership. Focus on connecting with decision-makers, handling objections, and closing deals ranging from short-term wins to enterprise contracts.

Location: Fully office based in Bristol, UK

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 base (OTE £75,000+ in Year 1, £120,000+ in Year 2)

What you will do

  • Conduct proactive outbound B2B calling to connect with decision-makers and build a sales pipeline.
  • Own the full sales process from initial contact through to booking and closing appointments.
  • Manage diverse sales cycles, from quick one-week wins to complex five-month enterprise deals.
  • Build strong commercial relationships and confidently position value during phone calls and meetings.
  • Take full ownership of performance targets to maximize uncapped commission.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in end-to-end sales or B2B cold calling.
  • Proven ability to build rapport and engage customers effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with confidence speaking to decision-makers.
  • Results-driven and resilient mindset, motivated by targets and earning potential.
  • Proactive self-starter approach with a hunger for rapid career progression.
