What you will do

• Manage end-to-end influencer collaborations from casting to campaign delivery.
• Develop and execute social content strategies across platforms, including short-form video and memes.
• Write sharp creative briefs and partner with creators to build authentic connections.
• Identify emerging trends and translate them into actionable, high-quality creative ideas.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, communications, and legal teams.
• Utilize AI tools to streamline creative workflows and enhance content originality.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, and influencer management.
• Proven track record of executing culturally relevant creator campaigns.
• Exceptional writing and editorial skills with a strong point of view on brand voice.
• Deep understanding of internet culture, platform dynamics, and creator ecosystems.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to travel occasionally and work weekends as required.
