Salary: $101,000 - $113,000

What you will do

• Build channel-specific playbooks, policies, and content plans aligned with marketing and mission goals.
• Manage "always on" cross-channel content calendars with original and curated content.
• Grow and engage the online community through authentic conversations and proactive moderation.
• Amplify executive presence and thought leadership at major conferences and events.
• Identify and nurture relationships with influencers, partners, and community groups.
• Collaborate with internal creators and the Marketing Analytics team to translate data into insights.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience leading large online communities with a proven growth portfolio.
• Proven track record of building and running cross-channel content calendars.
• Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools.
• Deep interest in AI and computer science with the ability to create credible content.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.
• Must work within the continental United States.

Nice to have

• Experience managing influencer engagement.
• Experience with social advertising or live events.
