Location: Remote or Seattle, WA. Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident and work within the continental United States.
Salary: $101,000 - $113,000

What you will do
- Build channel-specific playbooks, policies, and content plans aligned with marketing and mission goals.
- Manage "always on" cross-channel content calendars with original and curated content.
- Grow and engage the online community through authentic conversations and proactive moderation.
- Amplify executive presence and thought leadership at major conferences and events.
- Identify and nurture relationships with influencers, partners, and community groups.
- Collaborate with internal creators and the Marketing Analytics team to translate data into insights.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience leading large online communities with a proven growth portfolio.
- Proven track record of building and running cross-channel content calendars.
- Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools.
- Deep interest in AI and computer science with the ability to create credible content.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.
- Must work within the continental United States.
Nice to have
- Experience managing influencer engagement.
- Experience with social advertising or live events.

Hiring process
