What you will do

• Drive social media ideation and execution to grow audience, engagement, and video views.
• Create and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Pinterest.
• Manage and maintain the social calendar for over 40 brand and franchise accounts.
• Attend production days to identify and capture social-first content opportunities.
• Partner with marketing on paid social campaigns and performance optimization.
• Monitor community engagement and report on key social metrics to refine content strategy.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in social media marketing, content creation, or digital media.
• Strong understanding of short-form video and platform-specific storytelling.
• Experience working in content-driven environments like media or production.
• Ability to manage multiple workflows, calendars, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools to inform decisions.
• Must be able to work in the office Monday through Thursday in Concord, US.

Nice to have

• Experience with Sprout Social, Google Analytics, and native platform insights.
• Background in supporting social campaigns with influencers or content partners.
• Familiarity with paid social ad setup and execution.
