What you will do

• Track real-time AI industry conversations to identify and capitalize on trending narratives.
• Monitor social and community platforms daily to report on engagement, sentiment, and growth metrics.
• Create and execute data-informed content strategies across social channels and community hubs.
• Moderate discussions and foster active participation within Discord, Reddit, and other forums.
• Support the execution of virtual and in-person events, webinars, and community programs.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering teams to align community insights with business goals.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in social media or community management, preferably within developer or AI communities.
• Proven track record of creating content or narratives that drive significant engagement.
• Strong proficiency in data analytics, including reporting and using insights to optimize execution.
• Deep understanding of AI, LLMs, and developer workflows related to model inference.
• Hands-on experience with social and community analytics tools like Sprout Social.
• Must be based in the USA with strong project management and organizational skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI infrastructure or open-source ecosystems like Hugging Face.
• Basic video or multimedia production skills.
