What you will do

• Develop and refine a cohesive social strategy across sports properties to drive long-term audience growth and differentiation.
• Create engaging real-time content, including photos, videos, memes, and reels that resonate with sports fans.
• Leverage data and audience insights to optimize content priorities and guide strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with programming, on-air talent, and marketing teams to amplify key moments and integrated campaigns.
• Monitor sports news and social trends to ensure content remains fresh and culturally relevant.
• Analyze content performance and provide regular reporting to key stakeholders.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience managing social media for sports, media, or entertainment brands.
• 1-3 years of experience in people management, including mentoring or leading direct reports.
• Deep knowledge of major sports categories including the NFL, NBA, NASCAR, NHL, and MLB.
• Proficiency in mobile content creation and editing for video and photo.
• Strong copywriting skills with a precise sense of voice, tone, and audience engagement.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S.

• Experience using social media management tools like Sprout Social or native platform analytics.
