What you will do
- Outreach prospects across multiple channels, with an emphasis on cold-calling.
- Develop and execute a lead-sourcing strategy across key verticals and maintain consistent activity levels.
- Build and manage your pipeline from prospecting to closing and account management, maximizing adoption and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth customer experience from getting started to daily usage.
- Use solution-based selling to understand customer needs and communicate the value proposition.
- Become a product expert on Revolut Business, including market positioning and relevant case studies.
Requirements
- English: Fluency in English
- 1+ years of commercial experience, especially in outbound sales and prospecting.
- Strong communication skills and clear phone articulation.
- Excellent written communication (email, LinkedIn outreach, etc.).
- Strong accountability and determination to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective time management to balance prospecting, closing, and CRM administration.
Nice to have
- Fluency in any Nordic language.
- Experience in a reputable startup.
- Degree in finance or a business-related subject.
- Entrepreneurial, problem-solving mindset and strong deal-closing attitude.
- Comfort communicating with decision makers at multiple levels in a complex selling environment.

Location: Office in Barcelona, Bucharest, Dublin, Krakow, London, Madrid, or Paris; Remote from France, Ireland, Poland, Romania, Spain, or UK
Salary: Krakow/Poland: PLN 9,000–10,000 gross monthly
