Field Service Representative (Athletic Trainer)

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day service operations for DME programs and provide instruction on product application.
• Verify patient benefits, including pre-authorization and collection of patient responsibility.
• Evaluate clinic needs and collaborate with sales teams to optimize DME inventory performance.
• Travel within the designated territory to monitor inventory levels and track orders.
• Serve as a primary liaison between customers, the company, and the sales team.
• Ensure strict adherence to HIPAA, OIG, and government healthcare compliance regulations.

Requirements

• Must have full-time work authorization in the United States without sponsorship.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in direct patient care, preferably in orthopedics, physical therapy, or athletic training.
• Demonstrated experience with soft goods and functional bracing application.
• Proficiency with inventory management programs and EMR systems.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance.
• Must hold active professional credentials such as Athletic Training licensure, BOC, ABC (CFo), or PTA.
• Must satisfy third-party credentialing requirements for hospital access.
