Product Owner (DevSecOps): Defining and prioritizing the backlog for DevSecOps capabilities to enable engineering teams to deliver software faster and more securely with an accent on CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and security integration. Focus on bridging the gap between engineering, security, and business stakeholders to drive measurable improvements in delivery velocity and platform reliability.
Location: Must be based in Brisbane, Australia (Onsite 5 days a week)

What you will do
- Own and prioritize the DevSecOps backlog, aligning platform strategy with engineering and security requirements.
- Lead Program Increment planning to ensure outcome-driven deliverables and standardized DevSecOps patterns.
- Integrate security controls such as scanning and policy-as-code into delivery pipelines.
- Collaborate with architects to support infrastructure modernization and the reduction of technical debt.
- Define and track success metrics including deployment frequency, lead time, and security posture.
- Act as the primary interface between DevSecOps teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
Requirements
- Must be eligible to work in Australia without visa sponsorship.
- Must be able to work onsite in Brisbane 5 days a week.
- 4+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in software delivery.
- Proven experience with DevSecOps practices, CI/CD, and infrastructure automation.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks such as SAFe or Scrum.
- Ability to translate technical platform capabilities into business value outcomes.
