What you will do

• Create and execute ANZ marketing plans and strategies aligned with Global Business Units.
• Manage new product launches, including identifying market potential, forecasting, and pricing.
• Develop sales tools and marketing collateral to support market penetration in partnership with the sales team.
• Lead digital marketing initiatives across social media, email, and online advertising.
• Utilize data analytics to measure and optimize digital marketing efforts and sales alignment.
• Conduct field visits (minimum 20% of time) with Technical Consultants and key account customers.

Requirements

• Tertiary qualifications in Science, Marketing, Business, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in product management and marketing within the medical device or healthcare industry.
• Proven track record of successful product launches and market penetration strategies.
• Experience in customer-facing roles with a strong focus on relationship building.
