Compensation: $180,000 – $390,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Design and deliver production-grade AI agents that drive mission-critical business outcomes.
• Own the full Agent Development Life Cycle (ADLC) from initial pilot through continuous iteration.
• Partner with large enterprises and startups to build AI agents that transform operational efficiency.
• Surface unmet needs and prototype new tools to guide the evolution of the core platform.
• Experiment with voice models and integrate them at scale for enterprise customers.

Requirements

• Experience building and scaling end-to-end production systems.
• Strong technical problem-solving skills in ambiguous environments.
• Comfort working directly with customers to understand needs and solve real-world problems.
• Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Must be able to work on-site in San Francisco, Atlanta, or New York.

Nice to have

• Experience building or deploying AI/LLM systems in production.
• Familiarity with eval frameworks, agent tooling, RAG pipelines, and prompt engineering.
• Proficiency with React, TypeScript, or Go.
• Background in insurance technology or financial services compliance (PII handling, etc.).
• Experience as a founder or founding engineer.
