What you will do

• Own the end-to-end technical delivery of Hebbia deployments, from environment setup and SSO configuration to go-live.
• Scope and execute integration projects involving identity/auth setup (SAML, OAuth) and REST API connectivity.
• Design and build customer-specific AI workflows, agents, and templates that reflect real-world operational needs.
• Lead prompt, process, and context engineering to optimize AI outputs for specific client use cases.
• Partner with AI Strategists to translate business requirements into production-quality technical systems.
• Analyze customer interaction patterns to surface product feedback and edge cases for the Engineering and Product teams.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work on-site in New York City.
• 2-5 years of experience in technical implementation, solutions engineering, or an engineering-adjacent role.
• Professional experience building and deploying LLM-powered workflows, agent frameworks, or AI automation.
• Hands-on experience shipping real integrations via REST APIs and authentication patterns.
• Ability to communicate technical architecture to IT teams and walk end-users through workflows.
• High ownership orientation and the ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
