Compensation: $220K – $280K

What you will do

• Design and build AI-powered internal systems for various business functions across the company.
• Own and maintain the production infrastructure to ensure reliability, observability, and extensibility.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify workflow bottlenecks and prioritize high-impact AI solutions.
• Integrate internal tools with the company's broader AI infrastructure.
• Establish operational patterns and the engineering foundation for the internal tools function.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of full-stack software engineering experience.
• Proven experience building and shipping internal tooling or systems that support business operations.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI APIs, and agentic workflows in production.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for non-engineering partners.
• Must be eligible to work in the US.
• Must work from the Boston office 5 days a week.

Nice to have

• Experience on platform or developer experience (DX) teams.
• Familiarity with CRM systems or workflow automation platforms.
• Experience establishing observability and operational practices for internal systems from scratch.
• Comfort operating in a 0→1 early-stage environment.
