What you will do

• Partner with hiring managers to define needs, business goals, and team dynamics.
• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing and screening to offer management.
• Maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future requirements.
• Conduct talent assessments and provide market insights to stakeholders.
• Analyze recruiting metrics to improve overall hiring effectiveness.

Requirements

• 3+ years of recruiting experience in a startup or in-house environment.
• Proven track record of hiring across various roles and functions.
• Must be based in the US; no visa sponsorship available.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-growth environment.
• Required on-site presence in San Jose/Santa Clara 4 days per week.
