Salary: $75,000 – $95,000

What you will do

• Own full lifecycle recruiting for a mix of high-volume and specialized roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, priorities, and hiring timelines.
• Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other specialized channels.
• Ensure a consistent and positive candidate experience from initial outreach through offer.
• Contribute to the implementation of a new ATS and the redesign of recruiting processes.
• Maintain accurate activity and pipeline health reporting within the ATS.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in corporate recruiting.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume hiring alongside specialized roles.
• Strong sourcing proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience working within an ATS (Workable experience is a plus).
• Must be based in or able to commute weekly to the Tempe, AZ office.
• Ability to thrive in a "build" environment with evolving processes.

Nice to have

• Experience recruiting in the TPA, healthcare, or wellbeing sectors.
• Exposure to ATS implementations or recruiting process redesign.
• Experience supporting teams in scaling or transformation environments.
