Location: Hybrid (Tempe, AZ). All candidates must be able to commute to this location weekly.
Salary: $75,000 – $95,000

What you will do
- Own full lifecycle recruiting for a mix of high-volume and specialized roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, priorities, and hiring timelines.
- Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other specialized channels.
- Ensure a consistent and positive candidate experience from initial outreach through offer.
- Contribute to the implementation of a new ATS and the redesign of recruiting processes.
- Maintain accurate activity and pipeline health reporting within the ATS.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in corporate recruiting.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume hiring alongside specialized roles.
- Strong sourcing proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Experience working within an ATS (Workable experience is a plus).
- Must be based in or able to commute weekly to the Tempe, AZ office.
- Ability to thrive in a "build" environment with evolving processes.
Nice to have
- Experience recruiting in the TPA, healthcare, or wellbeing sectors.
- Exposure to ATS implementations or recruiting process redesign.
- Experience supporting teams in scaling or transformation environments.
