Salary: $135,000 - $151,000 per year

What you will do

• Design and execute durable, scalable early career recruiting programs, including internships and new grad pipelines.
• Experiment with non-traditional talent discovery methods, such as hackathons, open-source communities, and AI-native sourcing tools.
• Develop innovative evaluation frameworks and assessments that reveal how candidates think, learn, and create.
• Partner with Comms and Design teams to articulate the company's employer brand and value proposition across various channels.
• Coach and equip hiring managers and interviewers to assess emerging talent with nuance, fairness, and high standards.

Requirements

• 2+ years of recruiter experience with meaningful exposure to early career or university hiring.
• A builder mentality with the drive to create new programs from scratch rather than just managing existing ones.
• Strong instincts for employer branding and creating a high-quality candidate experience.
• Ability to transition seamlessly between high-level strategy and hands-on execution.
• Comfort using data to make decisions, spot patterns, and validate hiring strategies.
• Must be based in San Francisco or New York City to support the hybrid office schedule.

• Experience building an early career program from the ground up.
• Deep familiarity with the early career talent landscape specifically for engineering and technical roles.
• Experience experimenting with non-traditional sourcing or evaluation approaches.
