What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume, class-based hiring from intake to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring leaders to support workforce planning, class sizing, and pipeline targets.
• Execute sourcing strategies across job boards, social media, and referrals.
• Monitor pipeline health, identify hiring risks, and recommend data-driven solutions.
• Maintain accurate ATS documentation and ensure compliance with hiring policies.
• Prepare and extend job offers aligned with compensation guidelines.

Requirements

• Must be eligible for W2 employment (no C2C).
• 2+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience in high-volume, class-based environments.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent requisitions and hiring pipelines.
• Experience consulting with hiring leaders and providing data-driven recommendations.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational skills with a focus on process accuracy and compliance.

Nice to have

• Experience with Workday or Eightfold talent acquisition platforms.
• Ability to utilize market intelligence and talent insights to guide recruiting strategies.
