Location: Sao Paulo, Brazil (Hybrid, requires up to 50% travel)

What you will do

  • Partner with new and existing customers to identify key initiatives in consumer lending, retail banking, and fraud prevention.
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior client stakeholders in business and technology leadership.
  • Collaborate with internal pre-sales architects and domain experts to formulate and position compelling solution proposals.
  • Manage the full sales cycle to meet quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Educate clients on the business value of the hirify.global Platform through thought leadership and strategic engagement.

Requirements

  • Proven senior-level experience in managing strategic relationships with executives at large financial institutions.
  • Enterprise solution sales expertise with a track record of closing complex, multi-million-dollar SaaS deals.
  • Deep industry knowledge in banking, credit risk, fraud prevention, or consumer lending.
  • Travel flexibility with the ability to travel up to 50% for client interactions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or equivalent commercial experience.
