What you will do
- Own end-to-end relationships with a portfolio of LATAM partners including acquirers, banks, and APMs.
- Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities aligned with commercial strategy.
- Negotiate partnership agreements, commercial terms, and SLAs.
- Drive joint go-to-market initiatives, co-marketing campaigns, and referral programs.
- Advocate for partner requirements with the Product team to prioritize integrations.
- Lead partner onboarding and coordinate technical and commercial workstreams.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or commercial roles within fintech or payments.
- Must be based in Brazil.
- Native or fluent Portuguese speaker.
- Professional proficiency in English (C1).
- Deep understanding of the payments value chain, including acquiring and scheme networks.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships in a fast-paced environment.

- Spanish language proficiency for supporting LATAM-facing partnerships.
