What you will do

  • Manage and grow key enterprise accounts through solution-selling, retention, and up/cross-selling.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to exceed KPI targets.
  • Coordinate technical and commercial knowledge to provide fast, tailored solutions for clients.
  • Expand company brand presence and revenue growth within the region.
  • Partner with technical teams to identify growth opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee the renewal process to guarantee recurring revenue and client loyalty.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing and closing complex B2B deals.
  • 5 years of experience within a SaaS sales environment.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Expertise in consultative selling and strategic account planning.
  • Strong negotiation, contract management, and presentation skills.
  • Must be based in Belo Horizonte, Brazil.
