Account Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Protect and grow the existing revenue base and drive customer retention through long-term contract commitments.
• Identify and execute growth opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling using the wider hirify.global portfolio.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with executive and senior stakeholders within customer organisations.
• Conduct regular Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and maintain strategic account plans to demonstrate value.
• Act as the internal voice of the customer, providing feedback to Product and Leadership teams to guide service improvements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, Support, and Finance teams.

Requirements

• Experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales roles.
• Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of revenue retention and growth.
• Advanced negotiation and de-escalation skills for managing complex customer conversations.
• Ability to build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Must be based in or able to work from London on a hybrid basis.
• Previous experience in SaaS, RegTech, or FinTech environments is highly desirable.
