What you will do

  • Drive business growth by expanding the solutions footprint and increasing market penetration across industry segments.
  • Establish and maintain strategic relationships with key decision-makers to position solutions as integral to customer strategies.
  • Develop and execute plans to achieve incremental revenue within assigned territory or accounts.
  • Manage sales pipelines and develop territory plans to recruit new customers for full solution coverage.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and internal teams to manage and close sales opportunities.
  • Act as a conduit for market intelligence, competitive insights, and product feedback.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 7–10 years of successful relationship sales experience, preferably in IT and banking solutions.
  • Experience in technical/software sales of e-channel payment solutions (ATM hardware/software, middleware, banking solutions).
  • Proven ability in solution selling and product marketing for technical products.
  • Must be based in the UK (Virtual/Remote).
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation, and consultation skills.
