What you will do
- Generate new conversations and manage end-to-end SaaS sales cycles to CFOs, Finance Directors, and Treasurers.
- Utilize AI and data for smarter prospecting and faster follow-ups.
- Translate complex financial workflows into clear business impact.
- Collaborate with Product and Implementation teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Contribute insights to shape the UK go-to-market playbook.
- Represent hirify.global at client meetings and industry events in the UK finance community.
Requirements
- ~4 years’ experience in B2B SaaS sales or client-facing roles, ideally in finance or fintech.
- Strong outbound capabilities and experience running mid-market SaaS sales cycles end-to-end.
- Deep understanding of finance team operations, cash-flow cycles, and working-capital challenges.
- Comfortable in ambiguous environments, resourceful, and inventive.
- English: Native proficiency required, especially for engaging with senior finance leaders.
- Proficient in using AI tools for efficiency and insight.
- Ambitious, humble, collaborative, and fast-paced.
