hirify.global is building an AI-powered Treasury Management Platform, founded in Spain in 2021 and now a 100+ person European team backed by Creandum with a €15M Series A.

What you will do

  • Generate new conversations and manage end-to-end SaaS sales cycles to CFOs, Finance Directors, and Treasurers.
  • Utilize AI and data for smarter prospecting and faster follow-ups.
  • Translate complex financial workflows into clear business impact.
  • Collaborate with Product and Implementation teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Contribute insights to shape the UK go-to-market playbook.
  • Represent hirify.global at client meetings and industry events in the UK finance community.

Requirements

  • ~4 years’ experience in B2B SaaS sales or client-facing roles, ideally in finance or fintech.
  • Strong outbound capabilities and experience running mid-market SaaS sales cycles end-to-end.
  • Deep understanding of finance team operations, cash-flow cycles, and working-capital challenges.
  • Comfortable in ambiguous environments, resourceful, and inventive.
  • English: Native proficiency required, especially for engaging with senior finance leaders.
  • Proficient in using AI tools for efficiency and insight.
  • Ambitious, humble, collaborative, and fast-paced.
