Location: Remote (US-based)
Compensation: $120,000 - $135,000 + Bonus

What you will do
- Lead analytical evaluation of line extensions, LTOs, and variety pack strategies to prioritize the innovation pipeline.
- Analyze syndicated data, retailer performance, and internal sales metrics to optimize assortment and SKU productivity.
- Develop comprehensive, data-driven business cases integrating financial returns, operational complexity, and brand strategy.
- Partner cross-functionally with Insights, Brand, Sales, Finance, R&D, and Supply Chain to drive successful commercialization.
- Translate complex data sets into clear, actionable strategic recommendations for leadership.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in innovation, brand management, or commercial strategy within a CPG company.
- Demonstrated expertise in evaluating line extensions, price pack architecture, and portfolio optimization.
- Strong financial acumen and experience developing business cases for commercial opportunities.
- Proficiency with syndicated data tools such as Circana, NielsenIQ, SPINS, or Numerator.
- Advanced Excel skills required; experience with Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
