TL;DR

Location: Remote (US-based)

Compensation: $120,000 - $135,000 + Bonus

What you will do

  • Lead analytical evaluation of line extensions, LTOs, and variety pack strategies to prioritize the innovation pipeline.
  • Analyze syndicated data, retailer performance, and internal sales metrics to optimize assortment and SKU productivity.
  • Develop comprehensive, data-driven business cases integrating financial returns, operational complexity, and brand strategy.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Insights, Brand, Sales, Finance, R&D, and Supply Chain to drive successful commercialization.
  • Translate complex data sets into clear, actionable strategic recommendations for leadership.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in innovation, brand management, or commercial strategy within a CPG company.
  • Demonstrated expertise in evaluating line extensions, price pack architecture, and portfolio optimization.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience developing business cases for commercial opportunities.
  • Proficiency with syndicated data tools such as Circana, NielsenIQ, SPINS, or Numerator.
  • Advanced Excel skills required; experience with Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
