Salary: Krakow/Poland PLN 9,000–10,000 gross monthly; Lithuania €2,400–2,700 gross monthly; other locations discussed in interview

What you will do
- Outreach to prospects across multiple channels, with an emphasis on cold-calling
- Build and execute a lead-sourcing strategy by targeting key verticals and maintaining consistent activity
- Own the full sales funnel: prospecting, closing, and account management to maximize adoption and upsell/cross-sell
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding and daily usage for new business customers
- Use solution-based selling to understand customer needs and communicate Revolut Business value
- Become a product expert on Revolut Business and support outreach with relevant case studies
Requirements
- Fluency in English and Estonian
- 1+ years of commercial experience, especially in outbound sales and prospecting
- Strong phone communication and excellent email/LinkedIn outreach literacy
- Proven accountability and determination to succeed in a fast-paced environment
- Strong time management and organization skills, including CRM administration

- Degree in finance or a business-related subject

- Startup experience and comfort selling in complex environments to decision makers
