What you will do

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and engagement.
  • Act as the main consultant for clients, understanding their needs and goals.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase client satisfaction and company value.
  • Analyze client portfolios proactively and develop action plans.
  • Report trends and potential issues to improve customer journeys and product offerings.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, CX, Product, Engineering, and Finance teams.

Requirements

  • Must have proficient Spanish and professional English skills.
  • Minimum 1 year experience managing B2B customer portfolios.
  • Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities.
  • Experience with customer retention, upselling, and working with KPIs.
  • Proactive attitude and ability to propose new ideas.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge or experience in Human Resources, Software, or Payroll.
  • Experience in full cycle B2B sales.
