What you will do

• Identify and acquire potential international clients through prospecting.
• Build and maintain lead databases and contact lists.
• Execute outreach via cold emailing, LinkedIn campaigns, and cold calling.
• Qualify leads and book meetings for the sales/business development team.
• Manage daily activities in the CRM, updating statuses and contact history.
• Analyze market trends and niches within the IT and outsourcing sectors.

Requirements

• Experience in IT staffing, software houses, outsourcing, or agency recruitment/sales.
• Hands-on experience with the UK and US markets.
• Excellent command of English.
• Results-oriented mindset with a strong financial drive.
• Ability to work independently without micromanagement.
• Desire to grow into a Business Development Manager role.
