Salary: €35,500 - €45,500 OTE

What you will do

  • Build and develop high-quality relationships with enterprise customers through proactive action plans.
  • Manage a customer portfolio, maintain accurate CRM data, and generate tracking reports.
  • Guide clients through onboarding, implementation, and training processes.
  • Develop personalized sales plans based on customer requirements and expectations.
  • Handle after-sales support, cross-selling, up-selling, and churn management.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and development teams to provide valuable customer feedback.

Requirements

  • English: Professional proficiency required
  • Previous experience in quota-carrying Sales or Customer Success roles.
  • Strong organizational skills and extensive experience with CRM tools.
  • Proactive problem-solver comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Location: Must be based in Barcelona, Spain
