What you will do
- Build and develop high-quality relationships with enterprise customers through proactive action plans.
- Manage a customer portfolio, maintain accurate CRM data, and generate tracking reports.
- Guide clients through onboarding, implementation, and training processes.
- Develop personalized sales plans based on customer requirements and expectations.
- Handle after-sales support, cross-selling, up-selling, and churn management.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and development teams to provide valuable customer feedback.
Requirements
- English: Professional proficiency required
- Previous experience in quota-carrying Sales or Customer Success roles.
- Strong organizational skills and extensive experience with CRM tools.
- Proactive problem-solver comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Location: Must be based in Barcelona, Spain
