Senior Recruiter Tech GTM

Location: Hybrid, 3 days per week in the office in central Warsaw or central London

What you will do

• Lead detailed intake meetings with hiring managers and define position specifications.
• Provide market data, recommendations, and consultative guidance to hiring leaders.
• Develop and manage recruitment marketing, sourcing strategies, and talent pipelines.
• Evaluate candidates and deliver strong candidate shortlists aligned with role requirements.
• Keep candidates engaged through timely communication throughout the recruitment process.
• Support offer decisions and mentor recruiters and other team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Significant recruiting experience with proven success in a corporate, RPO, or agency environment.
• Experience supporting technology go-to-market recruitment.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and social media recruitment tools.
• Knowledge of human resources principles, practices, and talent acquisition metrics.
• Availability to work from the central Warsaw or central London office 3 days per week.
