Senior Specialist, Talent Acquisition Recruiter

Location: Remote, Illinois, United States

Salary: $60–$68 per hour, commensurate with experience

What you will do

• Manage full-lifecycle recruiting for Operations, Engineering, R&D, and other roles across multiple sites.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR to define requirements, timelines, competencies, and hiring expectations.
• Source and engage active and passive candidates through job boards, social networks, databases, web mining, and non-traditional channels.
• Build talent pipelines for high-volume and technical hiring needs.
• Review applications, conduct screenings, coordinate interviews, and guide candidates through the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate recruiting data, provide progress updates, improve processes, and support scalable talent acquisition initiatives.

Requirements

• Strong sourcing and candidate-hunting experience in high-volume or technical recruiting environments.
• Prior corporate recruiting experience and strong consultative skills with the ability to influence hiring managers.
• Experience with ATS platforms and modern sourcing tools; Workday knowledge is preferred.
• Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, prioritization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to assess candidate markets, anticipate hiring constraints, solve problems, and balance business urgency with quality of hire.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Knowledge of the chemical, plastics, or semiconductor industry.
