Senior Recruiter Tech GTM

Location: Hybrid, 3 days per week in the office in central Warsaw or central London

What you will do

• Lead detailed intake meetings with hiring managers and define position specifications.
• Use market data to provide recommendations and support recruitment decisions.
• Develop and manage recruitment marketing, sourcing strategies, and talent pipelines.
• Evaluate candidates, deliver strong candidate slates, and maintain timely communication throughout the recruitment process.
• Partner with hiring leaders on offer details and compensation recommendations.
• Mentor recruiters and other team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Significant recruiting experience with demonstrated success in a corporate, RPO, or agency setting.
• Experience supporting technology go-to-market recruiting.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and social media recruiting tools.
• Knowledge of human resources principles, practices, and talent acquisition metrics.
