Senior Consultant (Organizational Design)

Location: Must be based in the United States, with a requirement to work from a hirify.global office or client site at least three days per week.

Salary: $124,400–$129,500 plus annual performance bonus.

What you will do

• Analyze and assess current organizational structures to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Design and recommend organizational models that align with business objectives and improve workflow.
• Develop role definitions, reporting relationships, and governance frameworks.
• Create and implement customized change management roadmaps for large-scale transformation projects.
• Partner with HR and department leaders to align organizational design with talent management and workforce planning.
• Develop executive-level presentations and provide status reporting on program health and risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of consulting experience leading significant engagements in complex organizations.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship available).
• Solid understanding of organizational design, business transformation, and target operating models.
• Experience with change management principles and methodologies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management frameworks.
