Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to the NY/NJ area.
• Mid to senior-level experience in the retail sector, preferably in grocery.
• 5+ years of experience in a technology client-facing role (Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting).
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, unstructured startup environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
