Location: Must be based in Chicago, IL and work onsite 4-5 days per week

What you will do

• Lead complex, large-scale projects autonomously, managing scope, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
• Recommend and implement improvements to project management practices and train team members on best practices.
• Provide strategic planning, process development, and data-driven analysis to solve complex business problems.
• Collaborate with senior management, sponsors, and stakeholders to define project goals and deliverables.
• Oversee automated project plans and monitor resource assignments using industry-standard tools.
• Foster a collaborative, results-oriented culture and assist in the recruitment and assimilation of new team members.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience managing programs or projects.
• Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Systems, or Computer Science.
• Advanced knowledge in project management leadership and strategy implementation.
• Proven experience designing and standing up a new program office.
• Strong background in Digital Customer Experience (DCX), business process improvement, and data analysis.
• Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with familiarity in Power BI.

Nice to have

• Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 certification.
• Agile certification such as CSM or ACP.
