Base compensation: $105,600–$199,480 per year

What you will do

• Lead change strategy and execution for enterprise transformation workstreams.
• Conduct change impact assessments and develop AI-optimized adoption plans.
• Design and facilitate workshops for leaders and impacted teams.
• Create executive-ready communications, narratives, training, and enablement approaches.
• Establish adoption KPIs, track progress, and drive corrective actions.
• Develop organizational change management deliverables, including stakeholder maps, RACI models, governance, and human-AI adoption models.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of organizational change management or transformation experience with client-facing leadership.
• Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, communication, and delivery skills.
• Experience delivering communications, training, and readiness activities at scale.
• Ability to connect change activities with business outcomes and adoption metrics.
• Strong AI literacy, including core AI and generative AI concepts, responsible AI principles, and AI-augmented ways of working.
• Fluency with OCM frameworks, adoption measurement, and agentic workflows.
