Salary: $108,900 - $136,000

What you will do

• Design leadership and professional learning programs to develop core skills and capabilities across all organizational levels.
• Partner with senior leaders and SMEs to assess skill needs and co-create learning experiences aligned with business strategy.
• Lead the selection and implementation of a new Learning Management System (LMS) to enable scalable, high-impact learning.
• Build a culture of continuous learning by coaching leaders and establishing networks that champion professional growth.
• Measure and optimize the impact of development programs using data and insights to strengthen the leadership pipeline.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in learning and talent development, preferably within global tech or SaaS organizations.
• Proven expertise in curriculum design, learning strategy, and program management.
• Strong knowledge of LMS/LXP systems and experience leading system selection or rollout projects.
• Exceptional facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills for influencing at senior levels.
• Knowledge of modern learning tools, instructional design software, and current trends such as AI in learning.
• Fluent English (C1+) required.
• Must be based in the US.
• Degree in HR, Organizational Development, Learning Sciences, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
