What you will do

• Lead and evolve the global enterprise-wide performance management program for 10,000+ employees.
• Design and implement performance frameworks that drive goal alignment, fairness, and values-based feedback.
• Oversee the optimization of performance tools and AI-assisted features within the BetterWorks platform.
• Integrate performance processes with succession planning, calibration, and internal mobility initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable manager training and performance enablement resources.
• Monitor and report on performance health metrics and adoption KPIs to executive leadership.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Talent Management, Performance, or Organizational Development.
• 5+ years of experience working within a global, matrixed organization.
• Proven track record of designing and executing enterprise-wide performance programs.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and coach senior leadership.
• Data-literate with the ability to leverage analytics and behavioral science to drive outcomes.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and reside within the US.
