What you will do

• Lead and coach a team of Senior HR Consultants, conducting 1:1s and annual performance reviews.
• Manage the Dedicated HR Consulting program and drive service excellence standards.
• Handle escalated customer situations with a senior perspective and empathy.
• Oversee the creation of customer compliance newsletters, webinars, and HR content.
• Collaborate with Legal, Product, and Revenue teams on US employment legislation and trends.
• Optimize functional efficiencies, including the integration of AI tools.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience as an HR Generalist, HRBP, HR Manager, or Employee Relations Manager.
• Proven experience handling compliance across multiple US states.
• HR Certification: PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP (must be obtained within 6 months if not already held).
• Previous people management experience preferred.
• Must be based in New York, NY.

Nice to have

• Experience in tech, consulting, SaaS, or PEO environments.
• Global HR experience.
