What you will do

• Lead the branch transportation operation, managing P&L, budgets, and cost-saving objectives.
• Optimize private fleet dispatching to maximize driver DOT HOS and reduce regional Cost Per Mile (CPM).
• Manage lane-level sourcing for private, common, and dedicated fleets to ensure capacity and on-time delivery.
• Oversee fleet asset utilization, including capital replacement needs and fuel economy improvements.
• Manage and develop a team of supervisors, dispatchers, and drivers, including recruiting and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure strict compliance with DOT rules and HAZMAT safety regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required (Master's preferred).
• Minimum 7 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain.
• Experience in HAZMAT and tanker transportation operations strongly desired.
• Proven track record in managing private fleets and budgeting (P&L).
• Working knowledge of DOT rules and regulations.
• Strong leadership experience managing both direct and indirect reports.
