What you will do

• Coach and develop a team of 30-100 employees, serving as the primary lead for policies and compliance.
• Manage performance reporting for receiving, shipping, inventory accuracy, and packing quality.
• Ensure strict adherence to SLAs and OSHA safety compliance to maintain a secure work environment.
• Identify operational trends and defect rates to implement process improvements.
• Collaborate with Growth and Engineering teams to resolve systemic problems and update SOPs.
• Act as an escalation point for fulfillment-related issues and risk mitigation.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience managing a staff of 5 or more.
• Experience in warehousing, fulfillment, or transportation/logistics management.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite at the Dallas Warehouse.
• Proficiency in SQL and data analysis for reporting purposes.
• Strong computer literacy, specifically with Google Sheets and Excel.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including overnights and holidays.
