Manager, News Finance (Direct-to-Consumer): Supporting the growth and performance of CNBC and MS NOW’s DTC businesses with an accent on subscription revenue forecasting, subscriber behavior analysis, and financial modeling. Focus on driving data-driven decision-making through cross-functional collaboration with Analytics, Marketing, and Operations teams.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Englewood Cliffs, NJ (Hybrid: 3 days/week in office)

Salary: $85,000 - $110,000

What you will do

• Manage revenue and expense forecasting for annual budgets and long-range strategic plans.
• Design scalable dashboards and tools to track performance and identify business risks.
• Analyze subscriber funnels and key metrics like churn, LTV, and ARPU to drive strategic initiatives.
• Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Analytics, and Operations to provide investment and pricing support.
• Improve forecasting rigor and provide financial insights to support executive decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in Operational Finance or FP&A roles.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to stakeholders at all levels.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in Englewood Cliffs, NJ.

Nice to have

• Experience with large data sets using SQL or Python.
• Proficiency in financial systems like SAP and visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
• Background in media or consumer subscription businesses.
• Advanced credentials such as MBA, CFA, or CFI.
