What you will do

• Lead financial planning, P&L management, and capital allocation for GTM functions.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product leadership across global teams.
• Drive topline forecasting, pipeline analytics, sales compensation, renewal analysis, and marketing ROI.
• Support leadership with optimized GTM investment decisions balancing growth, efficiency, and ROI.
• Build and direct an analyst team including distributed or offshore talent.
• Translate business strategy into financial plans and deliver executive-level insights.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in San Francisco or San Diego
• 12+ years experience in FP&A, preferably in high-growth B2B SaaS or GTM-driven environment.
• Strong business acumen and experience in GTM finance including forecasting and sales compensation.
• Expertise in financial modeling, scenario planning, and KPI-driven performance management.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, BI tools (Tableau, Power BI), and CRM platforms (Salesforce).
• MBA or Master’s in Finance; CFA, CPA or equivalent preferred.
