What you will do

• Provide reporting and analysis to district leadership to drive performance improvement and cost efficiency.
• Develop rolling forecasts and budgets for the assigned district.
• Oversee month-end close processes and prepare detailed financial reviews for key business stakeholders.
• Manage working capital through active review of customer terms, aging, and inventory turns.
• Perform ROI reviews for cost-saving and capital expenditure (capex) projects.
• Partner with General and Operation Managers to ensure responsible use of company resources.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (MBA or CPA preferred).
• 5-7 years of progressive experience in Finance or Accounting roles.
• Strategic thinking experience within a distribution or manufacturing business.
• Proficiency in SAP, OneStream, Tableau, and Excel.
• Strong skills in financial modeling, planning, and forecasting.
• Must be based in or be able to work from the Commerce, CA location.
