What you will do

• Supervise monthly project accounting, including status meetings and financial tracker management.
• Review and reconcile new contracts, ensuring accurate project setup and milestone tracking.
• Manage client invoicing, revenue recognition, and unbilled revenue aging in accordance with GAAP.
• Prepare monthly revenue forecasts and provide variance analysis against budgets.
• Collaborate with project leads and internal teams to manage intercompany transactions and cost allocations.
• Mentor and manage junior staff members, providing guidance on best practices and career development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business required.
• 4+ years of relevant accounting/finance experience, including 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact across all organizational levels.

Nice to have

• Experience in Agency or Professional Services environments.
