What you will do
- Manage inbound and outbound patient communications via telephone and fax.
- Perform data entry to set up new patients in the internal database.
- Triage documentation and assign tasks to appropriate care team members.
- Maintain confidentiality of protected health information in accordance with HIPAA policies.
- Prepare and mail patient packets and handle general clerical duties.
- Provide backup support for the receptionist and assist with special projects.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 1 year of administrative or customer service experience.
- Proficiency in computer applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to obtain Missouri Pharmacy Technician registration.
- Must be able to work onsite in a professional office environment.
