What you will do

• Process care coordination tasks including e-filing, referrals, and prior authorizations.
• Navigate and manage client electronic health records (EHR) and internal systems.
• Ensure high accuracy and quality in all data entry and document filing.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines for sensitive data.
• Track and log transaction counts and time on an hourly basis.
• Provide exemplary customer service to clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Requirements

• Must be able to work 8-5 MST time zone.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Intermediate computer skills and ability to navigate multiple applications simultaneously.
• Ability to maintain a secure, private workspace with reliable internet for remote work.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as sitting, talking, and occasional lifting up to 25 lbs.
