Salary: $19.00–$20.00 per hour + Sales Incentive Program

What you will do

• Greet patients and provide professional front-desk support.
• Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and patient intake processes.
• Verify insurance benefits and process authorizations for clinical services.
• Maintain patient files and notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Handle outbound calls for follow-up tests and clinic evaluations.
• Assist with inventory management, facility requests, and community outreach events.

Requirements

• Must be able to work onsite in Bluffton, SC.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in a healthcare environment preferred.
• Proven customer service experience required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and EMR/EHR systems.

Nice to have

• Prior experience or knowledge of hearing aids.
• Experience with EMR/EHR software.
